Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a black coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his red eyes.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is greedy; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He sports a long chestnut beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shepherd who has hired him part-time. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This man wears brown painted combat armor at almost all times. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in pickaxe use. He tends to his Shipwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: An older man who typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is still thick. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 24. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Performer business.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and half-elven compassion
