Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the south to a Tanner, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
