His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Rathkran is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He worked as a nervous Healer and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. He has a very tight haircut. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to find somewhere to settle down

Her gold unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Saphara hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
