Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His first spouse was a Beggar, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Beggar. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bookbinder. Recently the stress of being a Bookbinder has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
