History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Syllin was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Farmer. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Dyer does. He carries with him a set of scythes, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Dyer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has dyed his greying bronze crest a little too much giving a sharp bronze color. He has red eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ildrex grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ildrex. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing yellow cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. A true patriot, Bethrynna would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she is greedy
