History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nora was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. At some point she was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Malquis was taken on many hunting expeditions. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Malquis and her spouse have recently divorced.
