History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Oppah was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She now mingles about in high society.
