Description: He wears dull black sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'6" when asserting himself. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born into a rich family. Grumbar was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barkeep. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'3". He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has brown fur. His copper eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: This man loves music and to teach people music more than just about anything. Shadow enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has never given up on his music dream.

Description: He has a missing left arm. He has the majority of his body covered in plate. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Roger was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with yellow colored cloaks and clothing, and she perpetually has her ceremonial dagger ready. She has dyed her greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to get a good night's sleep
