Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Veloptima isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Veloptima lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Varis was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with his Dilettante mother left him crippled. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Body Guard responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He got into the Guard business at a young age. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable
