Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. After coming to the age of reason, Mijira took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland.
