History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. A true patriot, Dagger would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
