History: Born in the west to a Spy, Gurdis learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gurdis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gurdis. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Her fur is short and white. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Cartwright but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Jade alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears dull green sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. His crest is gold and curly. His eyes are red and catlike.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kilia grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has worked as a Architect like her mother before her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and to reunite with her old friends
