History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ulfgar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. After a long history of fighting, Ulfgar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Smoking and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born to a Mercenary, her father struggled to pay the bills. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality
