Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Gifted from a young age, Luthra studied abroad. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cartwright. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
