History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vaina grew up listening to her father's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Kyle has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
