History: Born to a Marshal, her father struggled to pay the bills. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Cora's homeland. Cora decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, and a wedding ring on her right hand. Her black fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shivering grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shivering. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
