When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is her passion

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When Kody reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
