History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Thiala's homeland. Thiala decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Thiala never married again.
