Personality: Xanaphia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Xanaphia was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Xanaphia liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He has all his life been fascinated with dancing.

History: Nim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Shipwright, but he got bored and became a Servant. He tends to his Servant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
