History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Through the years after Tippletoe was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east.
