Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She got into the Navigator business at a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Harriet never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
