History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Brewer, who enjoyed hunting, Theren was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 88. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a red shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and tan pants. Her blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Eran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
