History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Marshal mother left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. A true patriot, Matilda would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Matilda grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Matilda. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and a deep hatred of drow

Personality: Rhogar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Rhogar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.
