History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Pennie was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the orcs.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
