Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Cartwright who has hired him part-time. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Serpent was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Cartwright. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by his family

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Miner but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Dagger was born the youngest of three triplets. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult.
