Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Lucan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When Lucan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lucan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered writing. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
