History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born into a rich family. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: Nogu wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Nogu was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
