History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He struck the Cartwright job and began his own company from there.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Marastyr was born on a far eastern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Painter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Gildmak was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Engraver. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gildmak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
