History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ielenia never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Gennal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.
