He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Carpenter, but she got bored and became a Sage. She now owns her own business.

History: Elaim hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'2". She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Dyer. Her blue hair is knotted and matted. Her black eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Mastema took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
