History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Boddynock alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and a deep hatred of illithids

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Performer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
