Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a pickaxe on her belt. Her silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Dariff's homeland. Dariff decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. She worked as a nervous Farmer and found it very stressful. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His first spouse was a Tailor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is an average looking southern female in her early mid-life. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her dagger with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She has wavy auburn hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She found a children's book about a Half-Elf Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
