He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
