History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Glassblower but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the west. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Nordak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: Osco is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
