History: Kelter hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To be a Bounty Hunter again; and sabotage a competitor
