History: Born in the north to a Fletcher, Pog learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a Fletcher soon after.
