History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: She got into the Spice Merchant business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Priest, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Spice Merchant job and began her own company from there.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Shifting studied abroad. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Shifting was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
