History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cumpen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.
