History: Gifted from a young age, Phann studied abroad. Through the years after Phann was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Phann's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
