History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He worked as a nervous Brewer and found it very stressful. He became a Brewer soon after.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Simon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
