History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Luthra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: Azaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He struck the Bowyer job and began his own company from there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
