History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. After coming to the age of reason, Arjhan took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
