Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She has violet eyes and a red hat with a brown feather.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Interpreter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Interpreter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his halberd, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his music with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Barber they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Banker, and he later adopted a second son.

Description: She is a mite stocky and wears baggy white pantaloons and a grey scarf. She has styled her auburn hair well, parting it to the right. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Murgen hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Scribe and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
