History: Ûshbaka hails from a village terrorized by giants. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

History: Modean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
