He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Quillathe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her youth she was a Shipwright, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

After coming to the age of reason, Shifting took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
