Description: He has a missing right leg. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theobald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Personality: Theodoric hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
