History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. One day when Anselm was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Anselm was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: The child of a Spice Merchant, who enjoyed hunting, Keyleth was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Keyleth was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Keyleth's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: Ovak is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she loathes her own lifestyle
