He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the east to a Cook, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Heian abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
