Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Spear enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dagnal grew up listening to her father's many stories. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
