Description: He is a husky man, who wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His hair is blonde and curly. This brown eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Roland managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
